Who we are and what we do.
UK4UA.ORG – The Logistics Support Ukraine Coordination Hub – was initially established with help and information provided from the Ukrainian Institute in London following putin's Illegal russian invasion of Ukraine on the 24/02/2022 We initially started focusing on one key aim: effectively delivering as much needed aid to the Ukrainian people plus helping other individuals and groups to do this both in the UK, EU and as far afield as Australia.
Through the coordination and streamlining of different resources of humanitarian and financial aid from both British citizens and the Commonwealth community, we are bringing various efforts together, aligning priorities and ensuring the efficient supply of aid to Ukraine. UK4UA is working with and the full support of official local Ukrainian government organisations, Ministry of health officials especially the Ukrainian Embassy's in Australia & Great Britain.
We coordinate and work with companies like Comwales ltd, Qantas, Mainfreight, Irish Ferry's & not-for-profit other volunteering organisations like Tredegar Scouts, Ukrainian Catholic University, Ukrainian Institute, The Australian federation of Ukrainian organisations, Mryia Aid, Ukraine Aid Ops, Ukrainian Action, Wheels of victory, Welsh Aid for Ukraine, Penparcau Hub, Cardiff4Ukriane and Cardiff Stands With Ukraine also Direct Aid 4 Ukraine plus many more individual volunteers and groups, to ensure a consolidated effort in Wales and in the UK overall.
UK4UA has also been assisted by several professional organisations including, but not currently limited to: ComWales Ltd. Mainfreight, Qantas, Clicktrans, DHL, DB Schenker, Irish Ferry's, Stena line, Wheels of Monmouth, These organisations allow us to tap into their business and personal relationships to enable the effective aid distribution throughout Ukraine so we get whats needed, when its needed and where its needed.
